What is Earthing and Does it Protect Against EMF Exposure?

Earthing establishes symmetry in the body and spirit through the soles of your feet. This practice has been around for ages. Native Americans believe that every part of the Earth is sacred and they have an intimate connection with it. They respect Mother Earth and she provides for them in return — humble harmony. What is Earthing?

The Marrion Webster dictionary defines Earth as the sphere of mortal life as distinguished from spheres of spiritual life, and as the planet we inhabit and the soil beneath our feet. With increases in technology the number of EMFs in the environment is higher than ever.

As the number of towers and cells increases so does the number of electromagnetic fields in a concentrated area raising fear levels and concerts about the effects they have on human health.

Long before 5G cell phone radiation was a concern Bill P. Curry, a consultant, and physicist was assigned the job of studying how radio waves affect cells and tissues in living organisms. He reported that we should be alarmed because radio waves could cause significant harm and damage to the human body. Dr. Curry has been accused of misinterpreting the results of his research because he failed to consider how human skin is a barrier protecting the internal tissues and organs from high-frequency waves.

However, dermatological problems can not be ruled out. Although there are no significant scientific studies or research to prove 5G is any more harmful than its predecessor, the FCC website states “The weight of scientific evidence has not effectively linked exposure to radiofrequency energy from mobile devices with any known health problems. The FCC claims that they will continue to monitor the effects of cellular waves. A proactive approach to protecting yourself and your children is never a bad thing either way.

EMF sensitivity is simply an increased sensitivity to electromagnetic fields. EMF hypersensitivity is not a recognized medical diagnosis and has no scientific basis. However, according to the World Health Organization, increased exposure to EMFs may cause negative side-effects.
